We met Mr Mohamed Ibrahim in February, after the Chinese Lunar New Year! A good business man, richful experience & kindly partner.

Very pleased to meet with Ibrahim in China, we visited AC factory, and did a thorough discussion on quality feedback & improvement methods.

We have made in-depth communication and discussion in the following points and reached a consensus:

1- As for the wear and tear of T51-89mm bit, after in-depth communication with our technical colleagues, we hope to change the bit design, which will be easy to discharge debris, anti-attrition, accelerate the drilling speed. We own enough confidence to prolong working life. Also we will improve the hardness of tungsten carbide buttons, as your working condition is Quartzite rock formation, its Moh’s hardness is 6-7, harder than granite.

2- T51 general purpose button bit long skirt 102 mm drop center ballistic buttons for soft limestone rock, will change as you mentioned, no problem.

3- Very difficult to unload rod and bit because of high accuracy of thread, it’s really tight. We will make adjustment for T51 thread tolerance, then it will be easier to unpack rods & bits.

4- Will improve the heat treatment technology, in order to reduce the broken rod rate.

5- As for the sole agent in SA, we are willing to apply for you in the near future when we own bigger cooperations. We will show your company on our website contacts, print on our catalogue (it’s useful for you when we join in International Exhibition). Also will transfer all of the potential customers who contact with us from Saudi Arabia to you, they should buy from you directly.

6- Will keep some stocks for the popular items T51-3660mm MF Rods, T51-89mm, 102mm, 127mm button bits.

7- Will pay much more attention on Marks “Made In China”, and we could paste sticker on the body of bits.
