Jinquandrill offers a wide range of tungsten carbide buttons grade including YK05 & T6. This type of drill bit is more rigid with longer life, is suitable for variety of rock formations. Our button bits body material is 45CrNiMoV, and the drill rod material is 23CrNi3Mo. Both of them are produced through high frequency heat treatment or carburizing heat treatment. The shank adaptors can meet most rigs’ drilling requirements.
